Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Joy of Motion Yarn.
We do not issue refunds of physical products after the order is confirmed.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product link is sent. This is due to the nature of a digital product (i.e. crochet patterns, digital courses), that once received/downloaded, you simply can’t return the product.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
